Our villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and features both central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

The villa’s fully screened pool and spa are bathed in sunshine throughout the day. For those who prefer shade, the extended lanai offers a spacious covered decking area, perfect for outdoor dining or an evening cocktail by the pool and Jacuzzi spa (pool and spa heating available for an extra charge). Enjoy free high-speed wireless internet.

Leila's Sunrise offers two spacious living areas, ideal for relaxing after a day at the parks. Both rooms feature large flat-screen TVs and a collection of books and board games for family fun or quiet evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and American-style fridge-freezer with ice maker. A breakfast nook opens directly onto the lanai and pool area, perfect for busy mornings before starting your day. For formal dining or special occasions, enjoy the elegant family dining area.

Accommodations

The master suite, located on the ground floor, offers the ultimate in comfort with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxury en-suite bathroom featuring a double shower and corner tub.

Upstairs, another king-size bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Two queen bedrooms share a bathroom, while two twin bedrooms share a fourth bathroom. Every room is beautifully decorated, equipped with televisions, and air conditioning for your comfort.

The den provides additional space to relax, complete with a TV, and Wi-Fi. For larger parties, the den can be converted into a bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed.

The games area is a family favourite! It features a full-size pool table, air hockey, foosball, offering hours of fun for guests of all ages.

Step outside to your personal pool and spa, The pool area includes sun loungers, a large patio dining table, and a small drinks table, perfect for al-fresco dining or evening cocktails under the stars. Safety fencing is provided for younger guests, and extra pool towels are included for your convenience.

The utility room features a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer, plus an additional WC and basin. For families with young children, a highchair and travel cot are provided free of charge.
