This is a lovely room for informal relaxing on the spacious corner sofa unit where you can enjoy the 50" flat screen TV.
Relaxation Lounge
Alternatively, retreat for relaxation to the second lounge with a wall hung flat screen TV, selection of books and lounging chairs.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with modern units providing storage, cooking utensils, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a large double door fridge/freezer.
King Size Master Bedroom
Overlooking the pool area, the master bedroom features a custom king size bed, spacious fitted walk in wardrobe, TV and en-suite bathroom with a bath spa.
King Size Bedroom
Another beautiful king size bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe, luxurious bedding and large TV. For privacy this room also provides an en-suite bathroom

A pretty bedroom which is beautifully decorated and furnished. A wall hung TV is provided for added relaxation.

This room is also beautifully decorated and colour coordinated, with a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes with wall hung TV.
Girls Twin Bedroom
Especially designed for little girls, who will be delighted with the Disney theme and their own TV. The room is also fully fitted with a wardrobe.
Boys Twin Bedroom
A typical boy's room, themed with boys in mind, with a TV. The room is also fully fitted with a wardrobe and coordinated accessories.
Ensuite Bathrooms
Both of the king size bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. They feature a fully tiled floor, bath, shower and vanity unit incorporating a hand basin and WC.
Bathrooms
There are two further full bathrooms with shower/bath, wash basin, WC and fully tiled floor. There is a further WC with hand basin in the utility area.
Utility Room
This room contains a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer. This room leads into the games area. Additional utilities include a baby stroller, highchair and crib.
Games Area
Adults and children alike will want to spend hours enjoying the facilities in the games Area. There is a pool table and air hockey.
Swimming Pool with Spa
With added safety fencing to the front of the pool, this pool is perfect for all the family. We provide pool towels for your use. Pool can be heated at a charge.
Sun Deck
There is also a lovely large patio dining table and some chairs for those who would like the option to dine by the pool, sun loungers and a small drinks table.
