Perfect for those busy mornings before visiting the local attractions, this dining area provides access through patio doors to the pool area.

King Size Master Bedroom
Overlooking the pool area, the master bedroom features a custom king size bed, spacious fitted walk in wardrobe, TV and en-suite bathroom with a bath spa.

Another beautiful king size bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe, luxurious bedding and large TV. For privacy this room also provides an en-suite bathroom.
Queen Size Bedroom
A pretty bedroom which is beautifully decorated and furnished. A wall hung TV is provided for added relaxation.
Queen Size Bedroom 2
This room is also beautifully decorated and colour coordinated, with a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes with wall hung TV.
Princess Twin Bedroom
Especially designed for little girls, who will be delighted with the Disney Princess theme and their own TV. The room is also fully fitted with a wardrobe.
Boys Twin Bedroom
A typical boy's room with a TV. The room is also fully fitted with a wardrobe and coordinated accessories.
The Den
The den is equipped with telephone, television and Wi-Fi Internet connection. You are able to convert the den into a bedroom, with the queen-size sofa-bed.
En-Suite Bathrooms
Both of the king size bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. They feature a fully tiled floor, bath, shower and vanity unit incorporating a hand basin and WC.
Bathrooms
There are two further full bathrooms with shower/bath, wash basin, WC and fully tiled floor. There is a further WC with hand basin in the utility area.
Utility Room
This room contains a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer. This room leads into the games area. Additional utilities include a baby stroller, highchair and crib.
Games Area
Adults and children alike will want to spend hours enjoying the facilities in the games area. There is a foosball, pool table, and even a cocktail table!
Pool with Spa and Sundeck
With added safety fencing to the front of the pool, this pool is perfect for all the family. We provide pool towels for your use. Pool can be heated at a charge. There is also a lovely large patio dining table and some chairs for those who would like the option to dine by the pool, sun loungers and a small drinks table.
